Processing Times
Please allow 2-3 days for processing and packing your order. We strive to package all plant babies with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring they arrive alive and well.
Guarantee
Plants arrive alive or your money back. Unpacking video is required to assist us in assessing the condition upon arrival. Send us an email with any issues and the unpacking video to claim a refund. We cannot be held responsible for plants shipped during the winter months unless a heat pack is purchased. Likewise, in the hot summer months, a cooling pack and insulation purchase are required to be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Policies
We ship Monday through Thursday. We do our best to ensure your plants are not sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, subject to unpredictable temperature fluctuations.
